Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administrative functions of the practice.
  • Addressing staff issues – enabling team members to focus solely on their clinical duties.
  • Overseeing everyday operational needs.
  • Refining existing administrative systems, processes and policies for greater efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of medical administrative experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare system.
  • A proven record in improving operations within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire the administrative team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively converse with our diverse staff and patients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a Patient-Centric approach.
