Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the administrative functions of the practice.
- Addressing staff issues – enabling team members to focus solely on their clinical duties.
- Overseeing everyday operational needs.
- Refining existing administrative systems, processes and policies for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of medical administrative experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare system.
- A proven record in improving operations within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire the administrative team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively converse with our diverse staff and patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a Patient-Centric approach.
